As usual, your renders are wonderful. You have a great way of conveying a sense of how large your scenes are. Lighting is top notch too....

Oh my goodness, what a beautiful building! I know 3dmax is a tough program... you've done an excellent job of making it yours!

You are making me really want 3D Max .. but aside from the price of the program I do not know if I am up to a journey of months/years to get anywhere near the proficiency you have . Beautiful render , the lighting and the textures are just right and you have packed the image full of mood. Hat's off!

Byron - what can I say - your renders never cease to give me goosebumps, and I must sit and stare for ages, just drinking in the amazing details. Your skills in Max are phenomenonal.

Excellent, I especially like the small table that the scroll is on, very detailed indeed. The texturing around the pillars and walls is amazing! Also thats a very nice fire effect on the torches. Kind of spooky, because of the far corridor, it looks very dark, who knows what lurks just round the corner? Your choice of textures is also good, the floor tiles really do fit in with the walls.

very tasteful as always :). but the floor looks a bit like a carpet and the water shine in the well isn't looking very good too. But these are minor things.

This is excellent work. I think the floor looks wonderful, and the texture adds depth to the room...modern yet ancient at the same time. Yes, it does look like carpet....very rich at that! As far as the water in the fountain it looks just fine to me...something quiet, hushed and still...as if waiting for the occupants of the rectory to come around the corner any minute.
