BEAUTIFUL!!!! Really gorgeous Rita. If i had to pick a favorite, i would go with the B/W. I thought that one had greater impact on me. But this is still gorgeous!!! Have a wonderful friday! #:O)

Both have their own qualities. To be honest I prefer the B&W version too. Not because artistically is better, but because its the photos I like to do until digital technology deprives me from the medium.

My favourite is b/w I feel it is far more dramatic but this one is warmer and more peaceful so suppose it depends on the mood :)

Rita, I love both of them. Each has their own unique quailities. This one seems lighter and more mystical, the b&w one is more dark, spooky, and mysterious. Both very lovely and such a fantatic capture!

As you say, the differences are clear; it's hard to say what I prefer, both pictures have each their own srtong characteristics. Excellent work, Rita! :)

Having not seen the other yet I can say this is quite lovely.Such a wonderful atmosphere!I can see why you'd be compelled to turn it to B/W when the atmo is so strong.I'm sure it looks wonderful in B/W,too!Excellent,Rita....And I even see a bit of Sossy yellow,lol!-M :^)

I am not a photographer, but i prefer this coloured version. There are fine details that in the black and white doenst appear so defined, the high zone, where the more yellow leaves with the sun rays are very nice. Ex-Cellsius, excellsius!

Not taking anything away from the B&W image, I do like this color one more. They both are superb. Aloha
