Description

Today I have to change and decided to put this little fella that I discovered on my bathroom a few days ago! This one was just a little baby and he didn't move (how rare in this kind). Here, in Portugal, they are not popular and use to kill them I had such a pity on this one that I send him back to the yard! Thank you for all the comments/votes and hope you have a nice day/night!!!

On the other side of the Atlantic, geckos are considered pets rather thans pests. Some are highly sought-after and can bring a high price at the pet shop.... Glad you were able to grant this little fella a reprieve! :)

Very nice photo. On the other hand in my country and my county we avoid killing them as we consider them very useful insect-eating fellows. During summer evenings I like watching them at the balcony how they hunting their prey. Their movement is mesmerising.

What a scary looking gecko! Ours are much less spikey. We like them here in SA coz they eat all of the bugs in the house, as is theie function :D Excellent macro and great detail!

Thats a Tokay Gecko! They're considered to be exotic pets here. We've got a couple of them and they're really cool animals to watch. Especially @ night. Very nocturnal. Awesome capture. Glad you released him!
