This is where you get to peek into the mind of the musician and graphic artist Robert Wright. My interest in art started as a high school student where I would paint Punk rock band album covers on the back panels of leather jackets. I made a lot of cash doing it too! I was also a graphic designer and silk screen artist with 4 years of offset lithography in high school. Getting sidetracked by music playing as a Heavy Metal Guitarist and vocalist, I kind of gave art a break for a while until the late 90ies. I needed album covers for my music project Digital Pump, so I started working with graphics again using the things I had learned from programming levels for the game Unreal. I was using just Bryce at first but started using Poser in my later work and importing the Poser models into Bryce. After a major Hard Drive crash in 2002, I lost all my programs, models and artwork I had done up to that date as well as all my recorded music. I was devastated and quit doing graphics. One of these days I will do some more artwork, but it has been so long I will have to relearn most of the graphics technics.

It's good texturing and modelling... but you do realize if in combat with that much skin bare they would be dead - fast?

The artwork is based on a RPG game. Sex appeal is the idea in the picture here. Martial Artists wear no armor at all. Plus, if you knew anything about the game Shadow Run, you might not rate their demise as a quick one. Many factors in the game can effect the amount of armor they would need. An adrenaline pump with a synaptic accelerator and throw in titanium bone lacing for good measure, would make them pretty hard to hit or hurt, not to mention it's a fantasy picture dude, lighten up!

just 3 words OH HELL YES!!! WOW what are the chiks names? are they common charachters or totally from your mind? think that you should have emphasised the wet ware side of the Street Samuri (Not martial artists, heh) a little bit more, maybe made the blades internal as they should be, or made them elves. but thats just my nitpick over the series lol..image wise i love it and i WANT! the chicks!!!thats poser right? Dude, SHARE! this is a seriously nice image, if you know and love shadowrun anyway. as for them getting there asses kickd, NO WAY! they could probably tear apart atleast 10 norms eatch as well as maybe an orc or 2 possibly a troll..but i wouldnt bet on it..now a mage..thats a totally differant story..kick ass man...jerm

I DM Shadowrun. I prefer to try to keep it realistic. The game system isn't very well done from that standpoint. The titanium bone lacing would keep you from getting bones broken, but wouldn't protect the flesh on top of the bone. That's what the dermal armor is for, it protects by toughening the skin. They have a lot of poor research for the game. Check the range on the sniper rifle, the game is set in the future but the sniper rifle doesn't even have the range the ones the marines use now. Replace the guns with a nice power focus and make them mage twins. Give them a nice glow since they'll be casting a balistic shield spell. Then an outfit like that would be a bonus, no male in combat could focus on what they were doing ;)
