Maybe a bit early, but I wish all of you out there on RR a very merry Christmas and all the best wishes for the upcoming year!
About the picture: this is a so called 'Rauchermann' (smoker or smokerman) which is typical for the German region called Erzgebirge. My dad visited that region years ago and he loved the great variety of Christmas-stuff they make there. Because he liked it so much he brought home this lovely little Rauchermann for my family. I'm afraid I have to admit that I also like this little fellow....

LOL! I remember something similar to this when i was little. A very tiny figure that you just put a miniature-cigarette in his mouth and he then blew smoke-rings even. What a great toy for a little kid, LOL. Merry X-mas to you too!!!!!! Enjoy the days leading up to it as well. #:O)
