Such a sad scene ... I wonder what's happened to him during the past nine-plus years. Excellent photo of a slice of life such as it is. V

reminds me of Mexico City. the building, vehicle, and the street boy sleeping where they can. I told a street kid to come in the restaurant where I was eating and bought him a meal. he was happy but the clientel may not have been. he finished two plates of food

Excellent photography...
dreamlight
I like this photo. I dont know if he is a homeless boy, or not - but if he is, here are my thoughts: The B/W gives it a more "dirty" look - which enhances the boys situation. The camera angle - makes the situation more "up-side-down". And... The car, that we can just see a small part of - gives the feelings of the "rich" - being just around the corner... Which ofcourse adds to the boys drama... Excellent!

quite impressive and meaningful shot!thanx for sharing!

Well captured and the lack of color does give this the feel that "dreamlight" alluded to . Excellent and tragic !!~**~!!

Very sad image but so well captured! It makes a profound statement with the bit of new and shiny vehicle showing and this poor and ragged boy asleep.

if an excellent work... but the reality is very raw... here in Argentina it is the image of every day... the children don't deserve to live this way... a good work... but very sad... very sad Rob
