The area around the eyes is awesome--the face is very alive (typical complaint I have of Poser figures is they look lifeless.) The eyelashes, eyebrows, pores in the skin, all add to realism. The hair is an extreme distraction, not up to the quality of the rest of the image. I would also make the teeth a little bit more "imperfect" to add to the realism.
