Excellent compo & render, very photorealistic. I like the way you've added noise over the picture (or so it seems) - this is a very convenient trick for added photorealism. I've used it occasionally.

You are right about noise bigbraader. It adds more natural look for areas of a rendered picture which looks too 'sterile' and flat.
