Description

Thank you for your enthusiastic comments on the Lötschental-series! I am glad I could share our experiences and it was great to read your comments! I appreciated them very much! After yesterday's hike it's great to have a quiet day. Just a little Sunday stroll to breathe some fresh air makes us drive the car to Moosalp (2048 m, 6719 ft) where we start our stroll to Stand (2122 m, 6962 ft). Once arrived there We look to the different directions. Wim looks on the information-board trying to figure out what he sees. I guess he sees trees, many trees! :) Minolta X-700 (Fuji Sensia 100, 300 mm) Thanks for your attention and your always valuable comments

The Lschental-series was very good. Thank you for sharing. The Stand, by the way, is a great spot to watch several mountain-tops in the Rhe-region. Have a good day J.C.!

He has that look of wadded up and unstuffed nylon that we have come to associate with lightweight gear for mountaineering. Rip-stop too! Yahoo! Halllooooo!

You have a gift for understatement ! & This one is a classic - if I can stop laughing long enough to elaborate :) - Just a little Sunday stroll - Humm ! Let me see - doesn't this follow - to coin a phrase - Just a little Saturday stroll & Just a little Friday stroll - For me the humor lies in the fact that the alps etc. have your stroll marks all over - Now many of us find this phrase is used most often after a walk around a city block - or something of the like - But not for some :) Stroll on my friend ;) & Take Care

I like your Sunday... relaxing but always climbing ;o)))) You're right, and the Mountains are so rich, and good for our heart... A very good shot, it seems in 3D with your focus. Superb ! Have a nice evening my friend. Hugs.

I am sitting here at work, in a cube, all I see is grey walls around me. Then I look at this image, and I am instantly transported! This is wonderful, and makes me wish I were traveling again. But for now, I will travel through your fabulous images!! thank you!!!

As I once told you we have no mountains here in Denmark where I live, so its very nice of you to do the hard work for us, so we can get these wonderful nature scenes home to our computer screens!..:-) Very well done Jan-Carel!
