I like how this is kinda subtle. You have to look at it a bit to realize what is inside of those globes. And then it becomes real 'creepy'.

Creepy all right, excelent colour chose, would be more dramatic to replace babies with alien creaters. One of the bubble has some reflection but none other (?)
