Description

KV-1 & 2 This ones never going to win any awards for detail but i wanted to keep it relativly clean and simple as im more likely to texture it that way. Anyway, its a Kv-1 (and 2) heavy tank, (named after Marshal Klimenti Voroshilov, the russian defense minister of the time). The KV-2 was a bit of an afterthought, but i just liked that stupidly big bunker busting turret. Ive already started texturing the kv1 version, im going for a whitewashed winter color scheme, the tiny lil textured pic was my very first test and does have a few problems. Up to this point its taken 3 days to model, it`ll take at least another 3 to texture fully, oh well there goes my christmas holiday! comments welcome...

These were soem amazing tanks at the time they came out. At that tiem the Germans were feilding PZ 38's and PZ III's not a match for tne big KV's. The II had a very slow moving turret. Anyways some amazing work any SP guns planned like the JSU 152 or the Brumbar.
