Reminds me of a building I used to live in located in Hell's Kitchen. I don't get the "Sci-Fi" element to this building. I see some retro-fitted parts attached but they don't really say 'sci-fi" enough to bring it into the genre. One serious problem would be the fire escape. The bottom platform on a fire escape houses a ladder that drops down so that people can get to the street level. That ladder can't lower because of the porch steps and you wouldn't want it to block people from rushing out the front door in case of fire. Otherwise, very nice texturing. Good luck with the rest of the city. : )

I agree about the Sci-Fi aspect, but it still looks very good for a low-poly model. Great job, I would love to see this in an actuall setting. Mark
