(high school art student) here is a picture i did of myself with abit of a twist. i was meesing around with the curves and color balances, plus alittle emboss. plz give me some comments i can show my teacher. so i can improve my work. thnks

I like it. I think it looks very retro. The colors really make it look extra special. In all honesty though...id lose that extra set of eyes though. I think it confuses the viewer when trying to see your face. Its too close to your own eyes....do i make any sense? I never studied art myself so darn me if i know anything, lol. Have a great week. #:O)

I don't know - I kind of like the portrait layers. I might be tempted to tone down the contrast on one or both of them, and bring out the squares of colors more. (Same caveat - I'm not a professional artist, so what do I know?) :)

in my humble opinion i do like the patchwork.. but without the double image.. almost too much.. ;]
