Oh I remember these sugarcane trucks and trailers very good. And those fires to burn off the leaves and weeds leaving only the cane stock it self. Then they hauled the sugarcane via of the highway. The road ways were full of mud that it was impossible to drive a car thru it and not being dirty. But time has passed and the days are gone for the sugarcane industry here in Hawaii. Sad Times. Your image hit home here. Excellent. Aloha

What a story to complement your pic!. Results were most rewarding indeed!. The angle, subject, exposure and general compo, made for a most expressive image. Personally, it gives me a sense of loneliness and abandonment. Love it!

Nice one man... Love the POV and slight tilt to your cam gives a really good feel to this picture. Also like the focal and depth of field I can really feel the texture of the mud and cut stumps of the cane. Was thinking why dont you try playing with PhotoShop to add a little something to the sky.

Great camera work I like the combination of the "Dutch" angle and the worm's eye view you used. The combinatin of it be agrarian, the colour, and the remaining water illustrates a storm may have passed has a calming contast to the use of a Dutch angle. A shot like this makes me really appreciate the need for artistic camera work in film production. Great work.
