Nice vegetation scene, lovely grass coverage... but it looks completely shadowless to me though (trees mainly)- perhaps that's how it's meant to be....

[ looks completely shadowless ] agree, but shadows are on, I think it has to do with the ambient hack I am using, and think this may also be the cause of the 'outlines' on the tree trunks...it looks like a kind of oversharpening artifact....but it isn't as it is visible on the MW render screen. tnx for comments.

Very Nice Bob, reminds me of the mountain in the film "Close Encounters of the Third Kind":) No shadows as Angela Mentioned. Is this a Local Forest of Planetary? Tip: Have you used the MJT Instance Node in the terrain displacement. You could create some displaced grasses at the TreeTrunks base to hide that Flat line?!

Remind me of World Builder. I'll take your word for it that you did this with MojoWorld. You did an excellent job.

Awesome forest! Well done! :-)

Cool forest! Although, I think those big grassy bushes doesn`t really look to belong here. Would love to see this spot with the uniform dense short grass.

Looks Mojo to me ;) Excellent forest (and floor plant life) Bob. The distributions look pretty cool! On the shadow side, I do see shadows (probably because I also use FG ambient for most my renders now so know what to expect). I think that default ambient produces very dark shadows which is the 'norm'/expected in mojo. Excellent stuff Bob!

Probably the most "intricate/detailed" forest I've seen in a MJW render!....See what you mean about the trees (outlines)...but hey...Excellent work Bob!!
