Taken 12/15/2005.. It had been snowing for a week then.. It is still snowing, a little each day.

A beautyful photo. It does remind me of where I grew up.... walking to school in hip-deep snow. I used to love to play in it but have had my fill of the stuff. I enjoy snow, now, in photos such as this awesome one. :)

It has that "settled-in" look of real storms, dreary and cold. I'm so glad that I live in the "banana belt" of Oregon. Once or twice a year we get a pretty little snow, enough to satisfy the longing for its beauty, and then it's gone. Wonderful shot, and thanks for sharing.
