Thank you so much for your wonderful comments on yesterday's posting. It's great to open up one's heart here on RR and receive so many warm-hearted reactions! You are GREAT! :) At this Christmas Day I want to start a new series with an instantly visible target, the (more than one dot!) hut you see on the ridge left, in front of the snow of the mountain at your left hand. It's the Turtmannhütte at 2519 m (8264 ft) and we start in the Turtmanntal at 1901 m (6237 ft). The weather is perfect, so there we go! Wanna join us? This is a great photo. Dit is een prachtige foto. Zo scherp en helder. Ik zal wel nooit daar op vakantie gaan maar het doet er niet toe. Ik krijg de bergen in mijn luie zetel. Subliem werk.

Jan carel l love the way you see nature and the way you capture mountians..from small fractul images to large abstractionals..l always rememeber your ice series. large glaciers..wowwww.. looking foreward to more beautiful alpine series in 2006.. have a wonderful new year...:))))))
