This is a Butt Kickin' concept, and not departed from the green initiative to cool down urban meteorologic hotspots. The cars... they'll need a LOT more wing area to be able to lift those heavy '70s GM J-bodies into the air (about 3,800 US pounds) ...I had one. The wingspan would have to be about 3 times that, a tail would be needed with a rudder for stability... but I'll digress. (yeah right) Really, I love this picture ('cept for the cars)

lol Yes you are right with the cars. They were just a kind of "accident" and I knew they were wrong for a place like that. I haven't found a matching vehicle so I thought some "oldtimers" should have some fun in the future. ;)
