Wow, sometimes I even amaze myself. I mean, look at me. I'm gorgeous. I can have anyone or anything I want. All I have to do is ask. Who would deny me? Who can say "no" to me? Noone that's who. I feel bad for those who have to compete with me, cause they're fighting a loosing battle.
Continuing in my series of images inspired by the 7 Deadly Sins, here is Candy as Pride, also known as Vanity.
Now when I first heard pride was a sin, I didn't understand why. "What's wrong with loving yourself and what you do?" I dug a little deeper, and it turns out they mean extreme pride. Pride as in: "The excessive belief in one's own abilities, that interferes with the individual's recognition of the grace of God. It has been called the sin from which all others arise." So, there you go.
