It's good... just one thing, pain the butt tho, trust me, is the bump map for skin. It's noticeable that the face has the finite details but the skin gets these big blopping bumps on them. I've had this prob too. Take the head and hands area, copy and paste them as a new image and delete them in the main texture map section. Multiply the hands and head image by 200 and add 8% uniform noise. Take the body main texture image and multiply it by 400 and do the repeat the same steps with noise - then, multiply the head and hands map by another 200 and do a light 3% uniform noise, then copy and paste back into the main image, convert to BW and voila! You have a subtle, realistic texture. Well... works for me at least (then again I'm a little crazy...)
