Description

"Take ice. Ice is fascinating to me. Ice is the one thing in our world that went from an agricultural product to being manufactured." --Alton Brown

Another chilly image to get me in the winter mood. I live in south Florida folks, I have to do this! ;o] ----- Thank you for your glacial comments on my last upload, Deep Ice I. Happy Hump Day!

This is a HUGE improvement over yesterdays image. The colours and tones are more vibrant and the movement the eye travels more interesting. This is a fine abstract!

brrrrrr you really know how to torment someone trying to escape the big freeze outside.. hehehe!!! seriously art in nature and natural.. fractal images and abstracts trapped within the frozen h20.. never to be repeated in the same series of atoms and shapes again.. and frozen beautifully by the lens.. excellent work kort..!!!!

Your study of ice, and the depth of texture is fascinating! It's always fun to take the mundane and see it through fantastic lenses!!

Cooooool shot, would love to add some whisky LOL! Fantastic work, Kort, I see you're missing those glaciers.... Maybe you need an ice-age but hey, many retired people go to Florida to pass the winter so better not adding too much cold there! :)

South Florida? You have my pity. You need to come north and experience a real winter. People need winter snow and ice to keep them sane. People who live in places that don't get snow and ice, they're nuts.

Fire & Ice. The two main things that seem to fascinate people the most. I love this shot.
