Description

Well, this is my first submit here at renderosity. Story- I got a new digital camera for xmas. I really wanted to get into photography because it seemed so cool, and it is! I am 13 years old, and live in USA. This is like...one of my first photos ever. Ive taken a few others, but I decided this was my best one. Setup of this shot only took like 1-5 minutes... P.S. its a rose <3 I found a bushel of roses by the lake I was at.....mustve been a hard break-up xD. Hope you enjoy!! Sorry for no thumb... the filesize of it just wouldnt get below 15k... kinda sad.

try shooting vertically as well, never assume the first shot is the best. You are developing your eye for artistic creation, keep it up !

Welcome here in the photgraphy section! I was at your age when I started shooting but that was not digital and there was no Renderosity! :) The flower stands out well, a joy to see the color in the winter-landscape!
