Description

After a short walk we're on the other side of the lake. I'm fascinated by the meandering melting water of the glacier forming all those patterns in the muddy plains. Many tiny little particles have been deposited here, year after year, accumulating the muddy plain and causing the water to look this greyish (glacier-milk). Plan for today is to reach our goal, the hut, first, and when we have time we can visit the glacier. Perhaps I'd better ask someone acting as red dot.... :) Minolta X-700 (Fuji Sensia 100, 28 mm) Thanks for your attention and your always valuable comments

fascinated wtih the water!!! the color has changed a bit here, but it's still very beautiful this glacier milk!!!! :) the soil looks most unusual to me also. i see some pink plants growing on the banks...amazing because the snow is very very close!!! how cold was it here? excellent shooting!
