Description
Located about 8 miles outside (southeast) of Enfield, North Carolina - this swamp is nestled back in a huge area used as a game hunting club.
Though the road through this area is public, the land on either side of the road is not. Access is permitted with a membership card to the club, or as a member's guest!
At this time of year - it is critical to wear a bright orange hat of some type while in this area, to avoid being mistaken as a deer and summarily shot at!

definetly swamp. I thought for a minute you had went to Louisiana. maybe the deer needs orange jackets so the hunters would not shoot them
