Description
An older sonnet gussied up with sparkling imagery from the good folks at NASA. (I moved some bits of space around, but they are the ones who capture this beauty and bring it back for us to dream on. Losing the Hubble will be a terrible, terrible loss!)
OK... confession time: I actually moved a lot of the bits of space around, and stamped in some new stars, but it is pretty seamless. I'd enjoy being a god and whipping up bits of cosmos and decorating planets with dunes and fjords and vast forests, but then there is all that responsibility once life happens. ;)

This is just wonderful Carolly. A captivating read and visual experience. The font you used is perfect!

An excellent poem with poetic imagery to go with it! Yes, Hubble's successors were not intended to replace it directly, but augment it--NASA has been incredibly shortsighted, and has made some grave errors in judgement, too; wasting both millions of taxpayer money and a national treasure.

Beautiful poem. Love the font! Btw. yes, there are lots of types of starseeds out there, from Sirian to Lemurian.
