Sukkulente is already latin and from the leaf shapes in the picture, I would say it's a Dioscorea elephantipes or less likely a Uncaria decaryi. But whatever it is, it looks beautiful. :)

Succulent in Dutch is: sappig. When the fruit is very ripe or mellow. Great creation, Dave and an excellent colour choice.

Excellent work, beautiful. Love also the texture. I see those South African succulent 'living stones' in it, Lithops and so on, members of the Mesembrianthemums.
