Description

2005 was full of tragedy, tornados, war, hunger, poverty, and so on. It is our duty to fight against all the bad things that we had in 2005, well the ones we can fight against. It is our obligation to not let politicians, presidents, etc make wrong desitions that will affect our lives, the ones of our children. We must make our voices heard, one day we all will have peace and the ones who are alive at that time will thank you for making a difference. The image is just a sarcastic way of putting myself in the shoes of the new year 2006 and arriving to a disaster zone and all you want to say is: What the fuck....? Happy new year to all

I like this kind of humor and I also love this image. I'll add it to my favorites. Excellent work! -V-

Excellent illustration and statement. It is true that this 'year' is inheriting a violent legacy of the year before. You do make one statement however that I do not agree with, "one day we all will have peace". We will NEVER have peace. I do think we should constantly work toward that goal but it is not possible in this world. We are what we are and some of us (not me) desire power and control more than kindness and love for their brothers.
