New Years Resolutions have a way of making us feel trapped
Entangled in our good intentions we shoot for the stars but we never leave the ground
Pause........
Take another look at the ground
In an instant you may be able to see the beauty that is here Now
Let the good intentions go...they're probably someone else's idea of what's good for you
