Wow! Beautiful! I simply love the lights, gives quite a mood! But a question: the water's waves are bump-mapped? I know little about material room but I think that bumps only work on normals so that if You look to a bumped surface from a too grazing (is the word right?) perspective the result will be a bit flat. I think that using a displacement map (something I never tried :( ) would solve the problem. Just in case this maight help Your woderful work!
