There has been a lot of controversy over the years about whether a cross should have a figure or not. This seems to be of the figure opinon but now brings up a secondary issue why no genitals? In the context of poser why no control over the configuration of the testicles. Perhaps it is an androgynous view of a man who bleeds like a woman and has no exterior genital.
