How does one comment on a painting that touches one's soul? God has an image of us as he created each one of us. I see this in that context. The emergence of one He created as she was created by Him. In our lifetimes, many things can change us, can distort the vision of who we were created to be. This is also like the rebirth of one to return to who she was created to be. Titta did a painting of the Phoenix. This could be another expression of the same reality, destruction and renewal. Niek, you have created something very special indeed. It is a paragon of what art can be. V
