Hey girlfriend. I am sooooo glad you are back !!! I absolutely adore this image. Fantastic composition, pose, and feeling. I can relate to this as I once had the misfortune of being a waitress for less than a year when I first got out of college. Too often the customers were BEASTS !!!!! and it was a very classy restaurant. So this poor girl. I really do feel for her. Simply fantastic. HAPPY NEW YEAR !!! You've captured it: ANY day at a waitress job is a hard day! I tried that work, but I'm too honest for rude customers. :D There's a diner like that here in Fredericksburg at the airport by the "Hangar Hotel," owned by the same folks, whose idea was to reminisce about WWII. Then, closer to town, is one that harkens to the 50s. I like the atmosphere and the food at the "Airport Diner" more, but "Peggy Sue's Diner" has cute younguns! :D (Uh, no, I'm not one of "those" customers! Honest! :D )

Verily, I know that feeling. And Wile1, this might not have been one of her better days for tips... The old-time cash register reminds me of the one at the restaurant near my work. I'm surprised they hold on to them. I'm trying to remember if Johnny Rockets had one (probably did). Great scene!
