Great vantage point! I didn't realize you could gain access to the top of the Arc de Triomphe.I was there in Jan 2001. Regretably I wanted to photo the Arc at night but the floodlights on oneside were burnt out.Just didn't look as impressive without it.A impressive city I hope to return to one day.Happy New Year! :B eaver !
