Description

Here's one I played around with quite abit yesterday, but ended up not changing much. I'm not happy with the results , but i decided to post it just because all the time it took. The sculptures are from a place that actually casts the original work into bronze, It's really interesting to see how they do it. It's a great place to visit. As a matter of fact, I'm going to try to get out there today to see if they have anything new. Enough BS.. I sincerely hope all my RR friends have a wonderful New Years eve and an even more wonderful New Year. Be safe. Drive carefully because the person you run over might be me...lol.. HAPPY HAPPY NEW YEAR.

I really like this image. I have seen both these sculptures that you have put together and you have done a really fine job with it. I love the Title. So funny. I am not going to ask you where you too the photo of the Sangre De Cristos, because I think I can see Santa Fe community College at the crest of the hill. Great shot of the mountains. Cant see them that well from where I live which is southeast of the city proper, so it is nice to see how much Snow is there or not there. More than I thought. I am guessing that you are going out to Shodoni today. Have a super time. It is a fabulous place. I really do love your compositing work. What were you not satisfied about with it ? Again, HAPPY NEW YEAR !!! Drive safely too because the person you run over might be my husband. LOL !!!

Too cool. This form of transportation gives one time to read or think or just to enjoy the scenery. Watch out, eventually the local chamber of commerce will be bugging you to make a brochure showcasing the city's statuary and that scenery, lol. I wish you and yours all the best for the approaching new year. Lee

Wicked! So very well done! One minor thing would be their faces that I find a tad too dark. Maybe a gentle touch of the dodge tool would help?! ;) I love it nonetheless! Happy New Year to u too my dear and to ur family! All the best and happiness and love in the world! :)

Another great job! No drinking and driving for me - I am starting the New Year on a health kick. I need to get in shape so we can do some trailing when I come out in the spring. Love to both of you.

I know what you mean by spending a lot of time working on a picture, and posting it because of the time spent...... and not because you're happy with the results. I do that all the time, but you should be glad I don't upload mine LOL This is great Ray .. I don't know why you dont like this .. it's your work, and your work is FANTASTIC. Happy 2006 to you dear. Take care of yourself ..

Wow! Like Marlene, I thought the girls were already a part of the turtle sculpture so I was very surprised to see they were separate when I got down to your little pics at the bottom. Have I told you that I adore the little pics that you show at the bottom Dad? It's so cool to see what you started out with! :-) I'm sure this took ages to do and it came out beautifully! Bravo! :-) ++++++
