Description

Most of the times I take a picture I immediately see whether I like it or not but sometimes I keep being insecure about that. This is the case with this picture. I took it a few weeks ago when I visited a place called Pannenhoef when it was partly covered in fog and mist, but there was also sun. The little pine tree in the centre was covered in a thick fog but the sun was trying to get that away with sunbeams as a result. So my question is.. do or don't you like this picture and why (not) ?

I like it. To me is represents the lights of heaven, shining through. There's a little half naked tree hidden in the shadow of that pine that you mention. How many of us haven't at one time felt... alone, bared naked and exposed to the world. Just waiting for those rays of love to warm our soul once again? That's what I feel when I look at this. (I'm a hopeless romantic at heart. So forgive me if it sounds silly.)

I like the contrast between the vivid color of the rich bronze grass in the foreground to the gray fogged trees at the center and top. I also like the angle of the sunlight. Such angels always catch my eye. Beautiful place.
