This really is a very poignant piece, the beauty of the bird amongst the signs of a world at war does give hope for the future and remind us that there is more to life than what we choose to see. Excellent and thought provoking work.

Excellent image. The composition rocks and the whole thing is just set off by the DOF. I hate to say it but I don't really have anything to say that might make this better. Way to go!

I've experienced it more than once: Hope can be your truest friend, and a very rigid one, too - hope won't leave you even if you don't want to go on. And when you see no more sense in being strong hope will send you something to be happy about! Wonderful allegory!!!
