I really like this simple yet very effective image. Reminds me of Pop Art. I assume you have done some postwork with this to get that hand painted effect, however I am unfamiliar with Studio max so I cannot really say that can I. Whatever it is you have created a marvelous image.

Nice job. I like the result. Is it the ink'n paint materials provided with 3ds ? I never tried, but if so, I'll wait no longer.
