Description
3D Studio MAX, Brazil Rendering System 0.2.26, and Photoshop. Original resolution is 4096*2532. Trying to fake light dispersion on this one. Hopefully future versions of Brazil will have dispersion built in because this just took too much time to render.
BTW: If someone knows how to fix that weird banding/checker artifact on the ground plane then let me know. I have no idea what is causing it.

You've made the point of the title very well. The effort was worth it!

Hm, it looks like you placed a hundred of lights there. Strange, never got anything like that in Brazil. Did you use a CSG plane? If so, don't use it in future (unless there will be adjustable material), I think that part of the system is kinda buggy for the moment. Anyway, great picture, just as always!

I love this. It takes a true artist to add other colors into a base color to achieve an effect. Like adding orange to purple to give something definition. Many artists simply don't, but this... excellent study.

4096*2532 and you tell me that rendering is taking too long... grin With my pII230 I cant even dream resolutions like that. Nice piece btw.
