Description

The picture was taken from the base of Mauna Kea State Park right next to the military "Pohakuloa Training Army" camp. A friend of mines said they would hike that trail for physical training in the army. Aloha and thank you for viewing

A clear, sunny image - so very different from my recent experience in the rain forests of Washington State. After shooting pictures from under an umbrella for 10 days, this photo is a wonderful pick-me-up. A beautiful image!

Akemi.... In my previous post, it was hunters. When the army does shoot live rounds, it would be towards Mauna Loa side. They would normally post "Danger Signs". Thanks for asking... Aloha
