Description
... After beaming down, Captain Austin Kertoy and his fidel second Nybras Nypantiz found themselves in a lovely - even tho very alien looking - countryside place.
Nybras Nypantiz was fascinated by the smells and the clarity of the air, as well as all the little creatures he could not quite see but could hear rustling in the shrubs.
Austin Kertoy, delighted to be able to enjoy a natural environment after all these months between starship walls, was enjoying himself immensely.
Suddenly, he noticed that they were by no means alone in the area.
What were these alienoid life forms he could see in the distance?
His universal translator was picking up the mysterious beings' voices, and he quite couldn't make sense of the words:
"He's dead, Jim."
Before he had a chance to hear more and understand what those aliens were chatting about, one more sentence was heard:
"Scotty, three to beam up!"

Hehe! I bet Nybras is most interested in those "little creatures"... especially if they're edible!! LOL! Cool work and a great return (both you and cpt Austin)!! Now i wonder what these voices are... Star Trek reference? (i'm not a real sci-fi fan so i'm just wild guessing... ;)

Great scene and story and I particularly noticed the reflection of Nybras in the water! Very cleverly done I must say! Have Scotty beam me up, too, I'm ready to depart! Excellent work!

Fantastic integration of the characters with your background. Oh my! I still have to use them. Shame on me! 8-( I think I know those beigns. Looking forward to the following chapter. The texture on Nybras looks excellent with his surroundings.
