Just a couple comments: The horse needs a texture (You can find several free ones around). Also I would move the forground image down so to hide the fact that there is no shadow under them, or you could import them into Bryce as a 2D image and Bryce would make shadows for them (haven't tried this myself, but saw where someone else did and it looked good). Some mountains in the background would also be a nice touch.

I like the expression and the concept, you can find EXCELLENT free horse textures (Daio's) at www.pierianpiaffe.com. Do find a hair tutorial and play, I think you'll really enjoy yourself. (You can make awesome manes and tails that way). Another thing you might like is Nerd3D's backdrop tool, it lets you incorporate pictures into your background and allows the shadows to form naturally in Poser, it's only ten bucks, I believe, at the Marketplace. I comes with several backgrounds, but with a little playing you can make your own.
