Description

Swamp Planet 5 - Landing Ops This picture is my first "serious" work with Vue5I, rendered as 900x1200 in ultimate (18h), no post processing. The shown scenery was originally planned as predecessor of "Raising Manta", but at that time I decided to proceed directly to the latter picture. Then, much later, when I heard about Vue5I Eco systems, I remembered the scene. After the update it provided actually a nice playground for making first steps with the new vegetation, lighting and texturing features. Well... Overal great image. Very cool water FX! One thing bothers me a bit is the almost non-presence of any depht of field, but that's all. :-)

A few words to your questions... @riko: you are right... butI didn't found a good solution without changing the POV, which I like a lot. @MarkHirst: this is Darkworld Design's dropship. Available as freebee a while ago. @Spacefan: the full size picture looks actually quite stunning - it let me say "wow" when I saw the result :-)
