Description

Northern Japan, rice harvest season. Around here (in other regions they do it differently) the rice is cut and arranged into little huts for it to dry. I don't call this travel photography. With travel photography people try to capture the flavor and spirit of a whole place in a single picture. This, this is just a fleeting memory of a girl I saw riding her bike down the road next to a rice field. Nikon FM3a, Nikkor 50mm F/1.4, Fuji Veliva 100, shot from my car window.
