I really like most of this image. I think though the texture on the wall and doors detracts from your intended effect. At least for me, I didn't see the hand coming through the door at first. It blends in too much with the textures behind it. Maybe a more simpler metal would help. The girl is great, I love this character, and I can tell by how she looks, the lighting is good too. I just think the texture of the metal could be different. Just my thoughts. :)
