Description

Two Vixens return to the Temple after a long night of partying in the real world. The girls climb weaily up the stairs of the Great Hall towards their rooms, their muscles exhausted after the exertions of the past 12 hours. "I still can't get over Eric," Sandi says excitedly, brushing a lock of bright pink hair out of her face. "How wicked a dancer was he!" "I know!" blue-haired Lara replies. "And his friend was hot, too. What was his name again?" "Dennis," Sandi answers. The two girls fall into silence for a few moments, reflecting. After confirming that nobody is within earshot, Sandi leans close to Lara and whispers: "Eric invited me to live with him." An Arcanorian guard steps silently out of the shadows behind them. "What!" Lara gasps, trying to keep her voice low but unable to contain her excitement. "Sandi, that is so cool! What did he say?" "He just said that if I ever feel like leaving here and moving to the real world, that I could live with him, and he'd look after me. I think he really meant it too." The Arcanorian guard's head tilts slightly...almost imperceptibly. "He is so sweet!" Lara says, her voice filled with wonder. "What did you say?" "I just thanked him and told him it was very sweet," Sandi says. "I didn't really give him an answer, I guess." A second Arcanorian guard steps out of the shadows. "You should have said yes," Lara jokes, wiping a rivulet of sweat out of her eye. "Just think: no more Sarodor sun. No more Sarodor sand in your underwear! Next time he asks you to live with him, you have to say yes. And tell him to take me, too!" The girls giggle. Neither Vixen notices the two Arcanorian guards exchange a meaningful glance behind them. Credits: M3 Fantasy Armor from RDNA Knights Of Desolation from RDNA Glamdring Sword by kelc SkinVue from Commune3d (with the Python script updated by me to cater for multiple figures) Setup in Poser Rendered in Vue 5 Infinite Notes: This scene was one almighty pain in the arse (or "ass" for my American friends) to render in Vue. I've been living in Crash City for the past few days, getting more and more irate as Vue threw up Out Of Memory error after Out Of Memory error. In the end I had to chop up the Mansion into little bits and decimate the guard models to conserve RAM, and render the image in three separate passes before assembling them in PSP. Groan! Oh well, I hope y'all had fantastic New Years. Love ya! Darren

Wonderful POV and fantastic lighting. SkinVue works beautifully on those girls! Great work on the poses and expressions, the girls look happy, and those Arcanorians look menacing. Awesome detail on the building, excellent work!

They are so CUTE! Whom did they speak about? Was it me? I'm afraid but I think I wasn't... I'd surely remember them! :o( - If you kept quiet about these harrowing details of your scene setting process I would not have supposed a multi-layer work. The girl's shadows touch the guards, so what? I love the soft skin of the girls, and those black guards are both, inconspicious and scary, like a lurking spider in a corner.
