In Poser 5 and 6 you can apply a relatively small texturemap to a small part of the UV-space used by a material, using the scale and offset parameters of the image_map node. So the 600-pixel square image of the logo on the T-shirt replaces what would otherwise have to be close to the 4096-pixel maximum that Poser allows. I did a pretty gigantic render of this, and the logo still looked good. This would be good for T-shirt slogans. You could use a plain black-and-white bitmap, controlling a blender node to give background/foreground colours. There was a thread in the Poser forum a month or two back.
