Description
The Korean War Veterans Memorial with Lincoln Monument in the background.
Washington DC November 2nd, 2005.
Taken with a Canon Rebel Ti on 400 ISO film.
I was just enjoying the day walking my dog around the National Mall with some friends and taking some nice pictures of the fall foilage in the city. The Korean War memorial is one of my favorites in the city, with the bronze statues putting a face on every soldier in our armed forces.

I have been here twice and have been so intent on photographing the other side of the monument that I did not even realise there WAS another side to the wall. As it says "Freedom is not free"
