Description

Still looking for good lighting for a bit realism... With this lighting the rendertime was 1hr and 38 minutes...*gasp*.... *smile*.....I think I found a simple way to cut down the rendertimes...without losing too much detail.. cheers

Seems to me the wait was worth it as when this one pops up he is very photo realistic looking. When looking closely at this piece I would say the only thing that might give it aways as to be a 3D graphic might be the eyes {If you know what your looking at in the first place} Maybe alittle more reflection or something in the eyes to add moisture and there would be no differance between this and photo Excellent work

When you perfect this technique, you must share it! I have been having a bugger of a time with lighting lately! This looks great! Though the character is odd looking? Is he a dwarf?

Good image and lighting --I sure wish i could do details like you do eyebrows eye lashes--excellent to the max --and the guy has a set of weightlifters 'traps'

this is very nice skin texture, great face.. I like that you've gone a bit more unconventional in looks... I would like to see the eyes come more alive.

Dang, your getting close The! Just a bit of dark pink for the Eye glands and your there! (At least I think dark pink is correct, tried looking at mine in the mirror but couldn't stop laughing long enough to tell) So.. Where are you getting the texture maps? They are great! Making them yourself? You definitely should do some Tuts in lighting and Bryce texture maps for us straglers. My attempts at producing a Photo-real Chira have all been disasters. Well, kudos for an outstanding job sweetie. Hugs from Dave :^) V xxxoooxxx
