Description

Terragen PhotoFiltre Excerpt from The Brothers Four, Green Fields Thank you for your visits, comments/votes on previous posts. Tonight I begin to sever ties with an art community that I have been a part of for over a year...Feeling a bit like this image myself at the moment because I believe in the right to free speech and expression and when someone takes it upon themselves to step all over your rights without so much as a "hello" and you don't take the time to fight back, we all lose. I fought and still they think they have the right to censor and remove text and images without even consulting one and now change policies without telling you they have, well its time to move on and let them have thier little corner..However:-)those of you that know me, know I do not take things lieing down or quietly so tonight begins my wage on that war in a new way..not quiet and not nice. Censor me if you will but don't expect me to be quiet. I dedicate this image to the coldest place online, a place that employs gestapo tactics and thinks they are God, politics aside, that alone sucks! Lets hear it for artwanted, another cold and empty place... Have we left the past behind, or will it one day be our future? Only those who care enough to join voice with like voice will even begin to make a difference..Hmmm, looks rather cold and empty I think.. Once there were green fields kissed by the sun Once there were valleys where rivers used to run Once there were blue skies with white clouds high above Once they were part of an everlasting love We were the lovers who strolled through green fields Green fields are gone now, parched by the sun Gone from the valleys where rivers used to run Gone with the cold wind that swept into my heart Gone with the lovers who let their dreams depart Where are the green fields that we used to roam... P.S.If I get censored for this its okay, because at least here they write you first...

Very powerful Lynn! It is a shame that in a "free world" there is still people that think they can control our emotions...
