Glasgow (Shot 02 of 12)
This is the Glasgow Tower, which is the only building in the world capable of turning 360 degrees from the ground up. The aerodynamic structure allows the entire building to be turned to face the wind.

Uh uh, Piz Gloria on the Schilthorn in Switzerland is a restaurant that rotates 360 degrees as well. But this building looks really weird, a typical aerodynamical shape! Gorgeous work! :)

amazing architecture. we could use some of these in Texas for the tornado season
